Absolutely. Your data is 100% secure. We use industry-leading cloud servers (like Amazon Web Services and Google Cloud) to store your data. It is not stored on your phone. Even if you lose your phone, your data is safe and you can log in from a new device.
2Will my supervisor find it difficult to use?
No. We have designed the app specifically for supervisors. The interface is in simple language with large buttons. They only have a few simple tasks to do, like marking attendance. Most supervisors learn to use it within a day without any training.
3What if my supervisor makes a mistake while entering data?
The supervisor cannot change or delete any old records, which prevents fraud. However, you (the contractor) have full admin control. You can easily log in to your app and correct any mistakes to ensure the final calculation is perfect.
4How is this better than my paper register and calculator?
A paper register can be lost, damaged, or altered. Site Haazri is permanent and tamper-proof. It also saves you hours of work by automatically calculating payments, including overtime and advances (peshgi), which a calculator cannot do without manual effort and risk of errors.
5Does the app work without an internet connection?
The app currently requires an active internet connection. This ensures that you (the contractor) get live, real-time updates from the site instantly and that all data is securely backed up to the cloud the moment it is entered.
6Is the free plan really free forever?
